Recognition, Relief, Prevention
This brochure attempts to connect several pieces of my digital resume and portfolio, namely the Research Project, the infographic and the GIF. Inspiration for the content of all of these stems from the Research Project itself. The project itself involved investigating student stress on Auburn's campus, its major sources and possible solutions in an attempt to help the medical community reach out to students experiencing intense stress. The brochure offers a list of symptoms, sources and relief tips for the average college student. All of the information was taken from the extensive research I had previously conducted. For more information on this, visit my Research Project page.
After conducting the research project, I realized what a major issue student stress could be and the health issues that it has potential to cause without students realizing it. This brochure would be a good health pamphlet for the Auburn University Medical Clinic or another campus health organization to make students more aware concerning stress and hopefully allow them to have a more enjoyable college experience.
To make my brochure, I used Canva, a free and user-friendly online program, and Indesign, and Adobe program. Throughout this process, I have learned how to use many helpful tools including these design elements. After much practice, I realized how many creative possibilities these tools provide. It will no doubt help me with future projects. To view my brochure, click the link above labeled "De-Stress Brochure" or click "Stress-No-More".
