Student's De-Stress Guide
My infographic, like my GIF and brochure, is inspired by my Research Project discussed on another page of my Digital Resume. The content stems mostly from the Primary Research phase, which was based on findings from focus group interviews. To view the full extent and findings of my research project, visit the Research Project page.
Because the research project involved studying various students' stressors, I chose to make an infographic that provided helpful tips for students to help cope and de-stress. This is a simple and eye-catching way to educate students on helpful hints to deal with stress. Infographics are also quick and easy reads, making them the ideal substitute for brochures. These little tidbits I have outlined are easy to follow, affordable and wonderful ways to relax. I have found them helpful many times when I myself am stressed.
To make my infographic, I used Canva, a user-friendly program for multiple design needs. This helpful and free online program provides various different templates, pictures, fonts and colors for any need. It is perfect for anyone to master, from the busy college student who needs to work on a project, to the business professional looking for a sophisticated logo. I would highly recommend this program, especially for those on a tight budget or unable to access Photoshop. This provides a comparable substitute.
